The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite competent Bidders/Contractors to submit their respective competitive bids for the Supply and Delivery of Cement for Construction Project in Kassala State, Sudan. EPP in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specification/“Scope of the Works (SoW)” herein uploaded under “Document” TAB

New clarification added: Question: Attn: UNOPS SUDAN Office Procurement UnitWe noted the requirement to source OPC 42.5N from local factories, meaning within Sudan. Does this imply that the ITB eligibility is limited to local bidders only?Dear Bidder, Thank you for your interest in this tender, Answer: The tender eligibility is not limited to local bidders. Bidders of any nationality may participate. However, international bidders must have a joint venture with an entity legally registered in Sudan, as stated in the section of Particulars. The requirement to source OPC 42.5N cement from local factories in Sudan relates only to material sourcing and does not restrict bidder eligibility.Best RegardsUNOPS Sudan OfficeProcurement Unit
