Re-advertised: Call for Proposal - Consultancy service: Dust sampling & Training material development in coffee supply chain
The International Labour Organization (ILO) in Viet Nam invites qualified research institutes, organizations and agencies to submit proposals for consultancy to conduct work environment surveillance on dust and to develop dust control training materials for the coffee supply chain in Viet Nam.
The consultancy work is part of ILO-Nestlé partnership programme on Improving OSH and social conditions for women and men in coffee farmer communities in Indonesia and Vietnam - A Vision Zero Fund project.

This notice constitutes a re-advertisement of the consultancy opportunity previously published on 30-JAN-2026.
All interested applicants, including those who submitted proposals under the previous call, are required to submit a new proposal in response to this re-advertisement. Previous submissions will not be considered.

Application requirements:
IInterested institutions, organizations, and/or agencies are invited to submit proposals for this assignment no later than close of business (COB), 26 March 2026.
The proposal package should include:
- A short technical proposal (maximum 5 pages)
- A financial proposal
- Up-to-date CVs and/or professional/organizational profiles
- A one-page cover letter explaining your expression of interest and suitability for the assignment.
