RFQ for Development of Operational Toolkits for ASEAN Migrant Fishers Guidelines

This assignment aims to develop a practical operational toolkit to support the implementation of the ASEAN Guidelines on the Placement and Protection of Migrant Fishers. The toolkit will provide frontline stakeholders with practical tools, such as inspection checklists, screening and interview instruments, and referral mechanisms, to strengthen inspection, identification, and protection practices within the fishing and blue economy sectors. The Service provider will deliver both draft and final versions of the toolkit.
