Provision of IT Equipment LTA

UNRWA invites vendors to bid for [IT Equipment LTA] Tender documentation will be available to you after you click on the `express interest` button in UNGM. Vendors will be required to submit their bids online and upload all supporting documentation within the deadline specified. Bids will not be able to be submitted after the stipulated date and time so please allow enough time to submit your tender return. All bids will be opened on [31.03.2026] The successful bidder shall be notified by website correspondence after all bids have been considered for evaluation. Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed through the correspondence tab on the website. Answers to questions will be made available to all vendors through a clarification. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS RFP/ITB DOCUMENTS: In order to have access to the Tender Documents, it is necessary to register in UNGM portal (www.ungm.org) and select UNRWA under the UN Organization tab.
