UNICEF Maldives invites vendors to submit quotations for the Procurement of Assistive Furniture with the specifications provided in Annex A:

Kindly note that the deadline for submission is at 15:00 hrs on 26th March 2026.

ANY SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Proposals will be valid with the following documents

1. Price proposal with signature and stamp of the company (Annex C price schedule for submission), in the format provided.
2. Company registration
3. Company profile and full specification of the vendor (use Annex B) proposed items for evaluation
4. Duly Filled Bid Form & Declaration Form (Pages 2-4 of the Bid Document (LRQS-2026-9202859). Make sure to read the Bid Clarification page to avoid wrong answers on the declaration form.
