Final Independent Evaluation of the UNV/ILO Partnership on the Measurement of Volunteer Work.

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is the summary of work to be performed: • Literature/Desk Review of all the key project documents and other relevant references • Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders for the collection of primary data. The evaluator will meet with number of project beneficiaries. In case of project countries, the evaluator will use the online platform to interview the stakeholders/beneficiaries. • Present the preliminary results to the stakeholders for their feedback (Online) • Submit the draft and final evaluation report incorporating feedback/comments from the project team, the evaluation manager and ILO EVAL.
