Description
The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers capable of providing specialized training equipment to support maritime law‑enforcement capacity‑building activities. The equipment will be used for Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) training, tactical medical training, and general operational readiness preparation. UNOV seeks suppliers capable of providing high‑quality, durable, and mission‑relevant training tools, including: Tactical flashlights suitable for field use. Operational tourniquets and MOLLE‑compatible tourniquet holders. Training (non‑occlusive) tourniquets clearly marked for instructional use. Junctional training tourniquets for simulated pelvic and axillary hemorrhage control. Inert / non‑firing training weapons, including: Training pistol (G17 type) with movable slide and training magazines Training rifle (M4 type) with movable bolt, charging handle, and detachable magazine Compact holsters compatible with Glock‑17 training systems. All equipment must be suitable for repeated use in realistic, scenario‑based training environments. Suppliers with experience delivering tactical training equipment, inert firearms, and medical training devices are encouraged to express their interest. Detailed information will be communicated to interested vendors along with the tendering documents.Please note this is not an Invitation for submission of bid and/or proposal. This is a Request for Expression of Interest in order to identify qualified vendors in participating in the soliciation. Interested vendors are encouraged to register at www.ungm.org and provide their UNGM ID number in the response form. UNOV Procurement Unit reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or soliciation process.
