Please note the following important updates regarding the aforementioned RFQ:

  • Q&A Document: Please find attached a Q&A document containing responses to questions from potential bidders to assist you in your preparation.

  • Deadline Extension: The closing date has been extended. Please email your proposal to apro-procurement@unfpa.org by Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 17:00 hours (Bangkok Time).

  • Submission Requirements: Remember to prepare your proposal according to Section V of the RFQ, ensuring the declaration and price quotation forms are accurately filled out and signed.

Questions and Clarifications  

Should you require any further clarification, kindly direct your questions in writing to Ms. Jarintorn Kiatniyomrung at kiatniyomrung@unfpa.org. The deadline for submission of questions is Tuesday, 17th March 2026 at 17:00 Bangkok time. Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties as soon as possible after this deadline.

 

Proposal Submission  

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section IV above, along with a properly filled out and signed Declaration Form and the price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the email address for bid submission at apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than Tuesday 24th March 2026 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok Time
