Provision of Printer Maintenance Services for the OSESGY in Aden & Sana'a in Yemen

1. The Office of the Special Envoy of Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) has a requirement for the provision of maintenance services for its HP printers located at their offices in Aden & Sana’a in Yemen. 2. The required services shall include the provision of routine quarterly inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, checking and testing of equipment functionality, safety and any other items deemed necessary according to the manufacturers’ recommended and applicable standards. 3. OSESGY FTU requires interested and qualified vendors having required licenses from the local authority to submit proposals for the maintenance of its HP printers (spare parts included) to establish a non-exclusive Contract for an initial period of 2 (two) years with the option to extend for 3 (three) additional one-year each (1+1+1), subject to extension of Mission’s mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the Contractor. 4. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The OSESGY reserves the right to reject expressions of interest which are partially or incorrectly completed or received after the deadline. 5. INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM LEVEL FOR REGISTRATION FOR THIS TENDER IN UNGM (www.ungm.org) IS BASIC LEVEL, COMPANIES WHICH ARE NOT FULLY REGISTERED IN UNGM MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE UPCOMING TENDER. Specific Requirements/Information 1. The vendor is an HP Authorised Service Provider for the maintenance of the equipment. 2. The Vendor shall provide proof of valid business registration from the relevant local authority authorizing the provision of printer maintenance services in Yemen. 3. The vendor should have Minimum three (3) years of relevant/direct experience in maintenance services for Printers. 4. The contractor's response time to reach the site when a fault or breakdown is reported is within 48 hours. 5. The vendor should provide a minimum of three reference letters from current or past clients (within the last three years) indicating the satisfactory performance of services for the maintenance of printers.
