Rehabilitation of Rayash water pumping station

Dear Contractor, 

You are kindly invited to submit your best proposals for LRPS#2026-9202863 for Rehabilitation of Rayash water pumping station. Please submit your proposals by latest 04 Apr 2026 at 23:59 pm (Syria time):

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Joint venture international companies are encouraged to submit their offers; please review item#4.2 of the above attached document;
2. All bids shall be submitted in EURO or USD for international companies, the national companies can submit their bids in (USD) or Syrian Pounds (SYP), the Contract will be issued in the same currency of the bid.
3. The payment will be processed in (USD or EURO) for international companies, while UNICEF will process the payments’ value in Syrian Pounds (SYP) as per the United Nations Exchange Rate on the date of payment process for national companies in case the bid was in USD.
4. Please note that any inquiries related to this LRPS will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY by latest: 17 Mar 2026 at 23:59 pm and will not be considered through phone calls. Kindly make sure that the e-mail mentions the LRPS reference number LRPS#2026-9202863.
5. Optional site visit will be conducted as below details:

• Date: 15 Mar. 2026.
• Time: 11:00 am.
• Location: Rayash Water Pumping Station (35.798306, 39.630868).
• Focal Point: Hasan Al-Holy, UNICEF Facilitator- 0993320108

1. Bidders must indicate the validity period of their bid. Bids should be valid for a period of not less than One  Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the LRPS deadline.
2. P.S: Kindly note that you should provide an Excel version of the Financial proposal in addition to the signed and stamped financial proposal.

Bidders opted to send proposals via secured email syria_supply@unicef.org  must sent proposals in two separate emails: one email for the technical proposal and other email for the financial proposal as more detailed below:

Subject line of email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- price proposal.

Note: Please make sure that the size of each email individually is max at 15 MB, and proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
