This service request seeks technical expertise to operationalize reporting templates and develop the business, functional, and technical requirements for a future online reporting system for the Coordinating Mechanism supporting the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Greece. UNESCO, in consultation with beneficiary authorities, will define the templates’ structure and content, while the Contractor will assess their technical feasibility and translate them into system specifications
