Drilling a Borehole in the UNICEF office in Khartoum

Dear Madam/Sir,

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached.

The objective of this contract is to seek for Drilling a Borehole in the UNICEF office in Khartoum.

The deadline for submitting your proposals is Noon time 1200hr Sudan time, 15 March 2026. Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to sudansupplybids@unicef.org (no other recipients should be “cc” or “bcc” in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2026-9202825 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2026-9202825 Commercial Proposal.

All LRPS/LITB process shall be in respect of the Essential information.

• Pre-bid meeting will be on 10 March 2026 at 2:00pm to 3:00pm Sudan local time via Microsoft teams meeting to clarify on the requirement of this procurement. Your participation is highly encouraged and recommended. Please send the RSVP for the pre-bid meeting with a brief introduction of your company to wzhai@unicef.org  24hr before the pre-bid meeting. The Teams meeting link for joining the pre-bid meeting will be sent to RSVP senders only.
