However, suppliers may assess and prepare their offers based on the technical specifications that have been provided with the solicitation documentation.We appreciate your understanding in this matter. New clarification added: Clarification request no. 1We kindly ask for your clarifications regarding some technical specifications in the project related to dimensions, length and colour temperature.1. Dimensions requested in the tender bid for items 1, 2 and 3 are approx. 80×80mm (±20%). We can provide 2 opsions which are 80×62mm and 80×100mm. Our questions is which option does fit best with your project, so we can offer accordingly.2. Length for items 1 (1,150), item 2 (1,150) and item 3 (1,700 ). These are individual lengths for single lighting bodies, but if it is anticipated to be placed continously one after another for a specific longer length, we can provide single total length lighting body until 6,000 mm long and we can continually attach them without creating shades in the middle. This is offered as suggestion to single lighting bodies placed one after the other and will have shades and disruptions in the connecting parts.3. Can you please specify if the colour temperature is 3000K or 4000K.Clarification response no. 1Kindly be advised as below:1. Both proposed options are beyond ±20% variation. Maximum alowed variation for both options are 80X64mm and 80x96mm. Both proposed options are going to be acceptable, if within the specified range. 2. Lighting fixture body dimensions has to be within given lengths, the final appearance can be modified in the way that it does not have barriers in between the units. 3. The color temperature is 4000K.
