All requested information will be communicated at the end of the selection process.

New clarification added: Question 1 : With reference to RFQ/2026/61690, we kindly request clarification on the following points:• Training Language: The specifications indicate that the training should be delivered in French. However, the MobileEdit ULTRA Forensic Software is developed by a Czech manufacturer whose certified training and official materials are currently available only in English. To ensure accurate and high-quality technical training, could the training be conducted in English, with the option for the end user to arrange a translator if required?• End User Details: Please note that the MobileEdit ULTRA Forensic Software License requires an export license from the manufacturer. In order to proceed with the export authorization process, we kindly request that you provide the exact end user details.We would appreciate your guidance on the above points.Response : The training language will be French in order to meet the requirements of our end client. If the trainer is an English speaker, it will be the supplier’s responsibility to provide a qualified translator.The end user is the Ministry of Interior of Tunisia.

New amendment added #1: L'objet de cet avenant est d'ajouter à la liste des besoins initiales 3 Kits de connexion au Lot 3 - Licence MobileDitForensic ULTRA.Modifier le délais de livraison au 30 jours pour l'activation des licences et la réalisation des formations.
