We would like to inform you that we are a supplier of medical and laboratory equipment with over three decades of experience in this industry. However, we are still exploring opportunities in this specific field and therefore may not have completed similar contracts as specified in the tender. Given our extensive experience, strong professional background, and long-standing reputation in the medical equipment industry, we assure you that we have the capability and commitment to successfully execute this project to the highest standards.In this regard, kindly confirm whether our bid would still be considered acceptable even if we are unable to provide references for similar contracts as required. Do you consider the name and Registration of this Partner ? With Regards.Ans 1 - Please note a joint venture agreement is acceptable , as per the set criteria ( The bidder should have a valid business registration and Tax ID to operate in Yemen. In case of Joint Venture (JV), at least one of the joint venture members must meet it)
