Actually this item is not found in the Bill of Quantities. Can you please clarify this matter?Ans 1 . Please provide a quote based on the items listed in the price quotation. While valve specifications have been included to address specific requirements, do not quote for any goods that is not listed in the price quotation document

We would like to inform you that we are a supplier of medical and laboratory equipment with over three decades of experience in this industry.However, we are still exploring opportunities in this specific field and therefore may not have completed similar contracts as specified in the tender.Given our extensive experience, strong professional background, and long-standing reputation in the medical equipment industry, we assure you that we have the capability and commitment to successfully execute this project to the highest standards.In this regard, kindly confirm whether our bid would still be considered acceptable even if we are unable to provide references for similar contracts as required. As the tender is extensive and includes multiple components , it requires additional time to carefully review all the requirements and prepare a comprehensive and competitive proposal. In addition, the current submission deadline coincides with the Eid Al-Fitr holiday period, which limits the time available for completing the necessary technical and commercial preparations. As we are very interested in participating in this tender, we would highly appreciate it if the deadline could be extended until mid-April. This extension will allow to all participants to submit a well-prepared proposal that thoroughly addresses all aspects of the tender and ensures fair and effective competition. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. We look forward to your positive response.Ans 1 - No extension is granted as of today any future extension will as an amendment in the e-sourcing platform.
