New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease take note of teh following clarifications:Clarification 3- We would like to kindly ask for clarification regarding the possibility for us, an non-ECOWAS company, to participate and lead a consortium with a local company.Answer 3- At least 1 member of the consortium needs to be a company registered in Sierra Leone, the leading company is to be determined by the members of the consortium.Kind regards

New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease take note of teh following clarifications:Clarification 1- We would like to inquire whether an international (non-ECOWAS) consulting firm would be allowed to form a consortium with a Sierra Leonean firm to jointly submit a bid?Answer 1- At least 1 member of the consortium needs to be a company registered in sierra leoneClarification 2- Would like to request for the full RfP for the opportunity.Answer 2- Please note that all relevant information is available in the eSourcing system.Kind regards
