Capital repair (replacement) of the heat energy metering unit at the V. G. Korolenko Kharkiv State Scientific Library.

Scope of works:  design, supply, installation, commissioning, and handover of a new commercial heat energy metering unit, including dismantling of the existing unit, connection to internal and external heating networks, testing, and preparation of technical documentation.
