New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease be aware of the following clarifications:Clarification 1- We require clarification on the UPS. You specify that the UPS should be "Medical Grade" and you provided a picture of a medical grade UPS. However, you only requested the following certifications:CertificationsIEC / EN 62040-1 and IEC / EN 62040-2 or equivalent recognized standard. Valid third-party certificate or accredited test report shall be submitted. These certifications are related to light industrial use, not medical grade. A medical grade certification would be EN 60601-1 or similar.Do you actually require medical grade equipment or do you only require light industrial grade equipment?Answer 1- All commercial UPS systems shall comply with IEC / EN 62040-1 and IEC / EN 62040-2, as these are the applicable international standards for UPS equipment, regardless of the application environment. In addition, since the UPS is intended for use with medical equipment in healthcare facilities, the additional requirements for Medical Grade Electrical Protection Equipment (EPE) are specified in the document “Certification, Technical Documentation and Related Services Requirements – Post Sales Requirements for Medical Grade EPE”.Please refer in particular to section A.1.d of that document for the applicable requirements.Clarification 2- Medical grade UPS are typically not designed for a load of 5kVA. They typically max out around 2.2kVA.Answer 2- The requirement are to be amended for a load of 3 kVA,Kind regards
