RFQ - EM/EGY for the procurement of training manikin (Restricted to Local Egyptian Suppliers)

Dear Bidder The World Health Organization, hereinafter referred to as WHO, kindly requests your quotation for the provision of training manikin. As per the RFQ document, works and/or services as detailed in Annexs, A, B for specifications, Terms and conditions of this RFQ. This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents: Table of Contents Section 1: Cover Letter Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data Sheet Section 3: Terms of reference Section 4: Returnable Forms Form A: Technical Offer Form B: Financial offer Form C: Self Declaration Form When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that vendors quotations must be submitted using returnable forms in Section 3 by the method and by the date and time indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit it no later than Monday, March 16, 2026 All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct.
