New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease be aware of the following clarifications:Clarification 12- Could you kindly advise on the submission format for Form I and Previous experience form — specifically, whether they must be submitted using a specific UNOPS template (such as a designated Form I), or if we may submit them in our own company format as long as the required information is provided?Answer 12- An amendment is being prepared to include the Form I_ Previous experience formClarification 13- We noted that several line items in this tender appear to be identical to those listed in RFQ/2026/61768. Could you please clarify the relationship between these two RFQs?Answer 13- This are separate tenders and all offers will be evaluated as such, there is no relation between the tenders other than the beneficiary.Clarification 14- Given the potential urgency of this requirement, we would like to inquire if the committee is open to alternative shipping arrangements to expedite delivery. Would you consider and accept offers based on CIF or DAP (Airport) terms instead of the currently specified delivery method?Answer 14- The offers, to be acceptable, must be provided using CPT Ivato Airport and with a delivery time of not more than 8 weeksKind regards

New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease be aware of the following clarifications:Clarification 7- Due to the upcoming Easter holidays, during which our potential supplier's facilities may be closed, as well as the high standards of the specification, we kindly request an extension until the 17th of April 2026 to ensure the quality and completeness of our submission.Answer 7- No further extension is being considered at the momentClarification 8- Whether the required UPS unit is required to be equipped with built-in batteries;Answer 8- The UPS units shall include internal batteries as required to meet the specified runtime and performance requirements.Clarification 9- The preferred installation type of the UPS: rack-mounted or tower type.Answer 9- The solution shall be suitable for typical use in healthcare facilities for general electrical and electronic equipment (non-medical use), and allow for straightforward installation and operation.Clarification 10- In case The UPS's with related batteries afre not allowed for air freight can we then indicateAnswer 10- The UPS units shall be supplied with the required batteries.The supplier is responsible for ensuring compliance with air freight regulations and packaging requirements.Clarification 11- Which equipment will be used together for UPS, Surge Protector and Stabilizer?Answer 11- The UPS, stabilizers, and surge protection devices are intended to be used with general laboratory and electronic equipment.The supplier shall ensure that the proposed configuration is adequate for the rated capacity of each unit and suitable for typical use scenarios involving such equipment.Kind regards

New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease be aware of the following clarifications:Clarification 1- Would it be possible for us to participate in only a part of this tender and submit an offer exclusively for the UPS systems?Answer 1- As stated in the Particulars tab, Partial quotations shall not be allowed. Bidders must quote prices for the total goods and/or services for the total requirement requested. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement.Kind regards
