Description
The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) intends to engage the services of a qualified Contractor to carry out the upgrading of the Ammunition Storage Overhead Protection at the OEA Compound, Tripoli, Libya, in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, Scope of Work (SOW), General Conditions of Contract, and related documents. Scope of the project: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal and disposal of existing deteriorated sandbag overhead protection, including clearing, handling, and proper disposal of all associated debris and unwanted materials. 2. Strengthening and reinforcement of the existing overhead protection structural system, including required steel structural modifications, additions, and associated civil works in accordance with the approved drawings. 3. Installation and filling of HESCO Bastions for overhead protection, replacing the removed sandbags. 4. Installation, placement, and filling of HESCO Bastions/Defense Barriers around the fuel storage area, including overhead protection as indicated in the design drawings. 5. All associated civil, structural, and ancillary works necessary to complete the project in full compliance with the approved drawings and technical requirements. The Solicitation documents will be provided to shortlisted companies with detailed scope of works. Important Notice: This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNSMIL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued Specific Requirements/Information The EOI must clearly state whether their compaies are interested in providing the services in the Janzour area in Tripoli, Libya.
