Consultant – Development of Overseas Employment Guideline for Ethiopia

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) seeks to engage a consultant to develop a comprehensive Overseas Employment Orientation Guideline for Ethiopia. The work includes conducting a desk review, consulting stakeholders, drafting an evidence-based and user-friendly guideline, preparing training tools for TVET trainers, facilitating a validation workshop and finalizing the guideline together with a cascading implementation strategy. The assignment will support MoLS and the BRMM programme in strengthening safe, fair and well-informed overseas employment processes for Ethiopian migrant workers.
