New clarification added: C#2:Could you please clarify whether only construction companies are eligible to participate in this tender, or if NGOs are also allowed to apply?R#2:Bidders must meet this evaluation criteria “The bidder has a Business License from the body that governs and regulates the construction industry in Afghanistan. In case of Joint Venture (JV), at least the leading member must meet this criteria”.
