UNOPS encouraged in-person interviews and meetings as much as possible, and where contexts are accessible. While virtual interviews can be considered if the situation/ accessibility doesn't permit after getting prior approval from UNOPS Project team.3. At least 5-10 field visits should be conducted in locations that are safe for the evaluation team to travel. Areas with higher accessibility are preferred to ensure adequate access to project sites.4. The agency (bidder) may propose a focus group discussion or any other appropriate research methodology.5. This evaluation is not intended to focus on survey-based data collection. Quantitative analysis will primarily rely on programme data, while additional qualitative data will be collected as needed. However, the contracted evaluation team may propose additional survey data collection if deemed necessary to strengthen the data collection and analysis.Programme Related Information 6.a. New clarification added: Question: The RFP document indicates that the evaluation will include visits to some of the project sites to meet with field implementers and for direct engagement with beneficiaries and other relevant in-country stakeholders. Evaluators will also conduct desk reviews and remote interviews including with: Fund Board, Fund Management Officers/teams, Other multi-donor funds managed by UNOPS in Myanmar, Implementing Partners including Civil Society Organizations, Beneficiaries, Relevant stakeholders including key humanitarian partners such as MHF, MSF, ICRC, Technical agencies such as UNICEF, WHO, UNFPA, UNAIDS.The consultant would like to confirm whether the interviews will be conducted at the field level with beneficiaries.Answer: Yes, beneficiary interviews are required to conduct at the field level.Question: The consultant requests that the sample coverage area for the project/mid-term evaluation be shared.Answer: Over 140 townships under Kachin, Shan, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, Chin, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Yangon. New clarification added: Question:Form F: Performance Statement Form rather seems to be related to supply of goods, while we are supplying services. We were therefore wondering whether this is the correct form. Could you also clarify what the purpose of this form would be?Should this be signed by clients to whome we provided similar services to confirm that this was done satisfactorily?If so, would it also be acceptable if we submit such statements from the client in another format (not using this Form F, but confirming satisfactory performance)?Answer:Form F in the RFP_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Amendment 01 will be amended under document section.
