Dear Sir or Madam,
The United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC), an international intergovernmental organisation, seeks proposals for the provision of Cyber Threat Intelligence and Brand Services.
The purpose of this RFP (UNICC/RFP/2025/00222) is to establish long-term agreements with qualified companies for the following services:
· Lot 1: Cyber threat Intelligence Services
· Lot 2: Brand Protection Services
In response to the RFP, Companies are invited to propose for all or any of the above listed Lots.

KEY DATES
Please note key dates as follows:
1. Deadline for queries: Any questions on technical, contractual or commercial matters related to the RFP are to be submitted via In-Tend “Correspondence” tab in one correspondence only mandatorily using the RFP Question template provided as part of the RFP Documents by no longer than 6 March 2026 at 5 pm CET. After the bidders conference to be conducted on 11 March, as outlined in paragraph 4.12 below, bidders can send additional queries until 13 March 2026 at 5 pm CET.
2. Bidders’ Conference: A virtual Bidders’ Teleconference, to which attendance is OPTIONAL, will be held on 11 March at 2 pm CET. The purpose of this teleconference is for the UNICC team to explain the requirement under this RFP and address any questions you may have. Link to join this dedicated session is provided below:

3. Deadline for submission of proposals: Proposals must be submitted EXCLUSIVELY via InTend not later than 25 March 2026 at 5 pm CET. Late submissions will not be accepted. Important: It is the responsibility of bidders to ensure that they have taken all steps to submit their proposals in advance of the above closing date and time.
