Description of the Assignment:


UNDP seeks to undertake a comprehensive independent audit of the functionalities of the EYEP Portal. The objective is to conduct a full, independent functional and technical audit of the EYEP Portal, verifying:

  • That all modules and processes are working as required
  • That the system is fully stable, secure, and reliable
  • That data integrity, performance, and usability meet expected standards
  • That system documentation is complete and appropriate
  • That any issues, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies are identified and clearly reported
  • That recommendations are provided to strengthen ongoing maintenance and system sustainability
The Consultant/Contractor is expected to examine all functional, technical, security, and operational components of the EYEP Portal based on the originally defined EYEP system requirements.

The ideal candidate to meet / exceed the below requirements;

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum 7 years experience in System auditing, Software testing, IT assessments, Web application design & troubleshooting and 3 years of conducting similar assessments of ICT Systems

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
  • Experience with frameworks used (PrimeFaces, JPA, Hibernate)
  • Prior experience with API, REST, SOAP
  • Knowledge of database audit practices
  • Security audit experience (advantage)
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to present complex findings clearly

Period of assignment/services: 20 Working Days
