New clarification added: QuestionsTo ensure full compliance with the technical and administrative requirements of the RFQ, we respectfully request an extension of the quotation submission deadline until 19 March 2026. This additional time will allow us to coordinate effectively with our suppliers and submit a comprehensive and competitive offer fully aligned with your specifications.AnswerThe goods are for flood mitigation and are urgently required. There will not be submission deadline extension for this tender

New amendment added #1: Following a clarification request from a bidder, Form B & C Technical and Financial Quotation is revised to avoid interpretation. The Indian Mark II Deep Well Hand Pump is a set and it should include the components indicated in Form B & C

New clarification added: QuestionKindly clarify below, as per each lot, under description of items there are 6 different items with required materials with quantities,where as unit of measurements are in Pcs, quantity for Lot 1 is 28 and Lot 2 is 5 and Lot 3 is 8, should we consider 6 different items under description as an one set ? for each lot quantities to be supplied will be considered as a quantity required instead of Pcs?AnswerThank you for a good clarification question. We will unload a revised Form B & C to avoid confusion. What is requested is a set of Indian Mark II Deep Well Hand Pumps that incorporates the items indicated from 1-6. The UoM is Set, not Pcs.
