New clarification added: QuestionPlease note that the delivery lead time of 8 days mentioned in the RFQ is not feasible for us since we are a UAE-based company and require slightly more time to arrange the shipment. We kindly request you to confirm if a slightly longer lead time would be acceptable so that we may proceed accordingly.AnswerYes, these are urgently required. We expect these to be available in stock in South Sudan. Delivery time will not be extended

New clarification added: QuestionKindly request clarification regarding the line item 11 ---- “5” PVC Blind Casing for Borehole,” as the specifications do not indicate:Required length per pipe (e.g., 3m or 6m)Material class (Class B, C, etc.)Whether the casing should be threaded (internal & external) or plainAnswerThe length 6m, Class B and as already indicated it is internal & external threaded. Please also note that a new Form B & C will be uploaded with all amendments

New clarification added: QuestionWe would like to know if we can submit our offer for only one lot in the area we are operating in? We do UNOPS anticipated to offer the contract to the successful bidder?AnswerYes, you can submit quotation for one or more lots. The award is on lot by lot basis.
