Objective of the consultancy:

To identify and engage multiple service providers with demonstrated experience to support Unitaid’s efforts to strengthen political commitment and public awareness for resource mobilization from prioritized countries, in support of Unitaid’s mandate.

Qualification of Firm and Consultants:

Bidders shall propose a team that collectively demonstrates strong experience in the following areas. Bidders are required to clearly demonstrate in their technical proposal how the proposed team meets these requirements. Claims of expertise and experience shall be supported with relevant case studies, track records, references and CVs, as appropriate.

1. Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in advocacy, resource mobilization and public relations.

2. Demonstrated track record and established network across target donors and markets, including high-level public health professionals, institutions, government officials, and key stakeholders, enabling rapid mobilization and delivery of results.

3. Sound understanding of the global health architecture, the principal actors, and the value added by Unitaid within this context.

4. Previous work with WHO, UN or other international organizations comparable to Unitaid and/or major institutions preferably in the field of Global Health.

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the official language/s of target markets, with the ability to distil complex subjects in clear and accessible messages.

Consideration for appropriate representation with regards to gender, seniority mix, and a broad mix of backgrounds, skills and perspectives, is desirable.

Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above-mentioned RFP in accordance with the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab. Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 17:00 CET / Geneva time on 20 March 2026. Given the time constraints and hard deadlines, extension of tender closing date is not feasible. Bidders are encouraged to plan and submit the proposals by this closing date.
