AFG26CFP001 - Call for Partnership (CFP) - Skills Development and Literacy (SDL) in 7 provinces in Afghanistan
The objective of this Call for Proposals is to identify and select non-for-profit implementing partners, ideally a mid-range size partner with experience in delivering community-based education, preferably with returnee communities, for the delivery of the project "Economic Empowerment through community-based skills development and literacy training" in 7 provinces in Afghanistan".
Timelines:
- 27 February 2026: Call for Partnerships opens.
- COB of 3 March 2026: Organisations to confirm participation in the Q&A session
- 4 March 2026, 10h00 Kabul local time: Questions and Answers Session
- 14 March 2026, 23h00 Kabul local time: Deadline for organisations to submit proposals under this Call.
- March and April 2026: Internal assessment, budget review and selection processes by UNESCO.
- Last of April 2026: Selected applicants will be notified.
- 1 May 2026: Commencement of Intervention/ Contract for a period of 11 months.
