New clarification added: Subject: Inquiry: Accepted Payment Method for UNOPS project RFQ No. RFQ/2026/61585.I would like to kindly request clarification on the payment method for the project “RFQ for Upgrading of Streets with Plum Concrete Surface in Districts 8, 11, and 14, Kabul City (3 Lots)” (RFQ No. RFQ/2026/61585) issued by UNOPS.Could you please confirm whether payments will be made via bank transfer, cash or cheque? A brief note on the payment process and schedule would also be appreciated.Answer: All payments to the Contractor under this Contract shall be made exclusively via electronic bank transfer to the Contractor’s designated bank account. The Contractor is responsible for providing accurate and complete banking details upon signing the contract, including:Bank NameBank AddressAccount NameAccount NumberSWIFT Code (if applicable for international transfers)IBAN (if applicable)The Contractor shall submit these banking details in a correctly filled, signed and stamped UNOPS’s vendor registration form that will be provided by UNOPS. UNOPS shall not be held liable for any delays or errors in payment resulting from inaccurate or incomplete banking information provided by the Contractor.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/MadamGood dayYou talked about bidding instructions, my question is about the JV, what mistake caused us to terminate the JV? A big company that has partnered with a small company in a JV while the small company does not have the performance to qualify, where will they get this work experience from?
