REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: RFQ 26-004-BENELUX-PSP FOR THE PROVISION OF GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES FOR UNHCR PSP BENELUX

UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Benelux is seeking to appoint a provider for graphic design services to support our fundraising and communication activities in the Benelux. Since the highest demand for graphic design services is for The Netherlands, we are seeking to appoint a service provider based in The Netherlands. However, PSP Benelux will consider a small volume of graphic design services to be delivered to Belgium and Luxembourg Operations.
PSP Benelux might consider appointing a back-up supplier, in case the main service provider fails to perform or might encounter capacity issues. In case the primary service provider fails to perform then the back-up will be activated.
The supplier must have proven experience and expertise in creative/graphic design services in the highest possible standard and deliver services within set deadlines. Specific knowledge on the Dutch fundraising market is required.
Reference period: we are seeking to collaborate for a period of two (2) years, starting from May 2026 until the end of April 2028, with potential extension for further period of one (1) year subject to satisfactory performance.
The selected provider will need to keep terms and conditions unchanged for the contract's duration.
The services will be delivered in coordination with our fundraising team in the Netherlands and Belgium.
