New clarification added: Question:We would like to kindly request clarification regarding Form 0.8 – Bid Securing Declaration mentioned in the bidding documents.Could you please confirm whether this form should be completed and signed by the bidder (our company) directly, or if it must be issued, completed, or certified by a bank?Answer:The form should be completed, signed, and stamped by the bidder (your company). It does not need to be issued or certified by a bank.

New clarification added: Question:We have received information through social media indicating that, in 2026, biometric registration may be introduced for laborers under the CRLP projects. In this regard, we kindly request official clarification from your esteemed office.We would appreciate it if you could please clarify:Whether biometric registration for laborers will be implemented in CRLP projects in 2026; andIf not, whether the labor registration and payment process will continue as per the existing system.Answer:Labour payment will be the responsibility of the contractor. There is no requirement for biomentric registration in this works package. All information related to labour payment are available in the TOR and the labor management procedure please refer to the bid documents.

New clarification added: Question: Could you please confirm whether this refers to mechanically crushed (machine-produced) aggregate material, or if natural sub-base material is acceptable for this item?Response:The base course material must be crushed materials from plant, Natural sources are not acceptable.

New clarification added: Question No. 1: Bid security: should it be provided strictly as a bank guarantee, or may the form be completed and signed by the bank without a separate security document?If bid security is required, what is the exact percentage of the bid security relative to the total project cost?Response: A bid security is not required; however, bidders must submit Form 0.8 Bid Securing Declaration in Section VI - Returnable Schedules.Question No. 2: Additionally, it's mentioned in the qualification criteria that a bank statement is required. We currently hold liquidity through a Money Changer (Saraf) and are unable to withdraw funds directly from a bank account at the moment. Would it be acceptable to provide a valid statement from the Money Changer as evidence of funds.Response: Only certified bank statements or bank-confirmed lines of credit are acceptable; statements from a money changer are not.
