New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Kindly note the following details related to Amendments 1 and 2 for clarification purpose:The price schedules for both lots have been amended to include an automated formula for easier calculation of individual and total prices. Please find the revised documents attached under Amendment 2 for your reference:Revised Lot 1 – Annex 1: Price Schedule Form (Kabul).Revised Lot 2 – Annex 1: Price Schedule Form (Herat).The qualification criteria have been revised to allow similar experience in either cleaning or accommodation.The “Bidder’s Experience” requirement has been updated. Bidders must have completed at least one similar contract for the supply of cleaning or accommodation items in Afghanistan within the past five years, with a minimum contract value of USD 100,000.A new checklist item has been added to allow the attachment of copies of similar past contracts.Changes to item lines for both lots:Under Lot 1: The biodegradable bag has been removed from the list.Under Lot 2: One item has been amended, changing the requirement from a biodegradable bag to a garbage bag.All other terms and conditions of the tender remain unchanged.
