ITB-rehabilitation of 2 Border Posts located in Zóbuè & Colomué Districts, Tet

Invitation to Bid (ITB)_MZ10_2026_003 The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Mozambique invites duly licensed and qualified construction companies to submit quotations for the rehabilitation of two Border Posts located in Zóbuè and Colomué Districts, Tete Province. Bidders are requested to submit both Technical and Financial Proposals, as further detailed in the ITB documents, including the Terms of Reference (TOR), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and Drawings (attached). The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Construction Agreement for a period of four (4) months, with the possibility of extension for a similar duration, subject to satisfactory performance and competitive pricing. For contracting purposes, the project is divided into two (2) lots, as follows: Lot 1: Zóbuè Lot 2: Colomué Pre-Bid Activities Pre-Bid Conference: 03 March 2026 Site Visit – Zóbuè: 09 March 2026 - 9:00 (Central Africa Time (CAT + 02:00) Site Visit – Colomué: 10 March 2026 - 9:00 (Central Africa Time (CAT + 02:00) Deadline: 13 March 2026 Submission Instructions Bidders may submit their Technical and Financial Proposals through one of the following methods: Electronic submission via the vendor portal (preferred); By email to rfpmoz@iom.int using the reference title: ITB_MZ10_2026_003 – Rehabilitation of Zóbuè and Colomué Border Posts in Tete Province; or Manual submission in a sealed envelope delivered to: IOM Country Office, Maputo Rua Joseph Kizerbo, No. 139, Coop. All submissions must be received before the specified deadline.
