Dear Madam/Sir, The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) is pleased to invite qualified companies to submit a Bid for the provision of Laptops, Tablets and Monitors for ITU’s MERIAN project (El Salvador), as further described in Annex I Technical Specifications. To enable you to prepare and submit a Bid, please find enclosed the following Annexes: Annex I: Technical Specifications Annex II: Technical Evaluation Criteria (for reference only) Annex III: Financial Matrix Annex IV: Instructions to Bidders Annex IV-A: Certificates to be submitted by the Bidder Annex IV-B: Bidder’s Declaration Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement Annex IV-C: Bidder’s Information Form Annex IV-D: Bidder’s References Annex IV-E: ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods Annex IV-F: Comments to the ITU General Conditions Bids must be submitted by the deadline of Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 14:00 (Geneva Time). Late Bids shall be rejected. You may submit a Bid to the ITU provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the goods and services specified in this ITB. Participation in this ITB indicates acceptance of the ITU General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Services and Goods provided in Annex IV-E. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations to this annex must be stated in your Bid and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded with you.
