Amendment No.3

With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 18 February 2026, IMO wishes to issue this amendment no. 3 to the RFP to further extend RFP deadline:

The deadline for submission to the RFP has been extended to Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (12:00 hrs, UK Time) instead of Monday 23 March 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time).

Amendment No. 2

With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 18 February 2026, IMO wishes to issue this amendment no. 2 to the RFP to extend RFP deadline:

The deadline for submission to the RFP has been extended to Monday, 23 March 2026 (12:00 hrs, UK Time) instead of Friday, 13 March 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time).

Please note that amendment 1 to the RFP dated 3 March 2026 was issued to respond to request for clarifications raised during the request for clarification period.

All other paragraphs, sections and conditions of the RFP, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged.

Appendix 1 - SAP Funds and Grants Management (FM/GM) Workshops

3 In submitting a proposal, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the requirements of this RFP including the Terms of Reference and the IMO General Conditions Services as the sole basis of this tender process, and waives his own conditions of sale, whatever they may be. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B.

4 Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 13 March 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal, using the unique link in the invitation email, stating the RFP reference in the subject line. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.
