LRPS-2026-9202591- LTA for Capacity Building Services

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026-9202591 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for Capacity Building Services for the period of 3 years with a possibility of extension for 2 additional years, as per attached Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- Pricing List.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than 30 March 2026, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9202591) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9202591) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Please do not make any changes on Annex 2- Pricing List and submit it with your prices in both; excel and signed PDF formats.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (bantoun@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 26 February 2026 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.

Kindly make sure that LRPS reference number (LRPS-2026-9202591) is mentioned in your e-mail.
