BIDDING PROCESS IS ONLY OPEN FOR VENDORS ESTABLISHED IN PACIFIC, ASTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Please find attached the specifications and the required forms to be filled. The Request for Proposal for Services form (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with your offer.

**If the Request for Proposal for Services form (pages 3 to 5) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.**

Your offer comprising of a Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal should be filled, signed and emailed separately to pacificbids@unicef.org and referenced as LRPS-2026-9202553, before 17th March 2026 (23:59 Fiji Time) as per below:

(i) First e-mail subject: LRPS-2026-9202553 - Financial Offer (including Request for Proposal for Services From)
(ii) Second e-mail subject: LRPS-2026-9202553 - Technical Offer

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all the provisions of the Request for Proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
