Instruction :

  • The Request for Proposal Form must be completed, signed, and submitted along with the technical proposal via email. Please ensure that the technical proposal does not include any pricing details.
  • All e-mailed Proposals must be sent to mglprocurement@unicef.org,
  • Your financial proposal should indicate both the total amount without VAT and the total amount with VAT. (Internation bidders use USD for proposal)
  • Both proposals must be signed and stamped. Kindly submit the two proposals separately via email, categorizing them as Technical and Financial.
