New clarification added: Dear Bidders,  Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection with the request for quotation, ref. RFQ/2026/61312 Question One (01): Based product spacifcation in the returnable form could please share us the artwork of the product if feasible from your end. Answer One (01): UNOPS has provided detailed information containing sufficient guidance for bidders to prepare their submissions. Please refer to the Statement of Requirements (SoR) for a comprehensive and detailed description of the requirement.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,  Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection with the request for quotation, ref. RFQ/2026/61312  Question One (01): Form B and Form C mention CPT (Carriage Paid To) Aden Abdulle International Airport (AAIA), yet Section II: Schedule of Requirements specifies DAP (Delivered at Place) for the same location. Which Incoterm should govern our pricing?Answer One (01): The applicable Incoterm for this solicitation is CPT  and Section II: Schedule of Requirements has been amended to reflect CPT terms. Kindly refer to the revised Schedule of Requirements marked Rev. 1  Question Two (02): The Price Schedule asks for unit prices across seven quantity tiers (from 1 to 3001+). Does UNOPS have an estimated initial "Call-Off" quantity for the first Purchase Order? As shipping costs need to be taken into account.Answer Two (02): The projected quantity was indicated in the Section III: RFQ/2026/61312 Form B. Price Schedule form. Please refer to the revised Returnable Bidding Forms marked Rev 1Question Three (03): The RFQ does not explicitly state if a physical sample or a technical data sheet/test report is required for the "heavy-duty 100% natural hessian jute". Will a digital technical specification suffice for the initial evaluation?Answer Three (03): No, we do not require a physical sample, technical data sheet, or test report for the initial evaluation.Question Four (04):  The required delivery is 8–10 weeks. We must confirm if the 10 weeks start from the BPA signature or from the issuance of each specific Purchase Order (PO).Answer Four (04): Yes, delivery is expected 8-10 weeks after the issuance of a Purchase OrderQuestion Five (05):   Please confirm whether the sandbags need to be printed with a logo or text, or if plain bags without printing are required.Answer Five (05): No, this is not required. The sandbags should be supplied as plain bags without any logo or text.Question Six (06):   We kindly request at least five (5) days extension to ensure we can submit a well-prepared response tailored to meet your needs. Answer Six (06): The programme is working on a tight deadline and cannot afford to extend the submission deadline by five days. At this time, we can only extend the Submission deadline by 3 days, from 24th  February 2026 to 27th  February 2026. An  amendment has been issued to reflect this extension.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.  

New amendment added #1: Dear Bidders, We would like to inform you that the RFQ for the supply and delivery of Sandbags for UNMAS Somalia Programme under RFQ Ref: RFQ/2026/61312 has been amended. The changes are highlighted in RED color and deleted text has been struck through for your convenience. The following sections of the RFQ have been revised:1. Section II: Schedule of Requirements (SoR Rev 1)●      The delivery Incoterm under the Schedule of Requirements document is  amended to CPT Aden Abdulle International Airport (AAIA), Mogadishu●      The previously indicated DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterm has been removed in full.●      A new delivery option has been added as: CPT Mogadishu Seaport, Mogadishu,Somalia●      The previous Consignee contact details under the Schedule of Requirements document have been removed in full.●      New Consignee contact details have been inserted in the revised document. 2.
