New clarification added: Dear Sir As per the tender's requirement Bidders can bid for single lot or both lots, UNOPS may award only one Lot to a single vendor. if a bidder is lowest technically compliant for multiple lot the bidder may choose single prefer lot and that the remaining lot will be awarded to the next lowest bidder". Therefore only one bid security will be required. Regards
