New clarification added: Q11. Is the performance guarantee refundable? In this case, it should be fill as 5% of the BOQ excluding VAT or including VAT?A11. The performance guarantee is in the form of bank guarantee valid for entire contract duration including DNP. It will be returned upon expiration of the DNP period along with the final take over. Please refer to the relevant contract clauses. The 5% should be calculated inclusive of VAT.

New clarification added: Q10. There is a section for uploading CV[box 4] and another option for Schedule 0.5 (Format for resume of proposed Key Personnel), so what should we upload in this section? Format only?A10. For Schedule 0.5 [Format for Resume of Proposed Key Personnel] - please upload the dully completed Shedule 0.5 For CV of Proposed Key Personnels - Please upload the CVs of the proposed personnel. You may use your preferred format for the CVs.

When we upload Document on Document Checklist Section, Should we separate each schedule (ie: Schedule 0.1 [Bid Submition Declaration]) from the main returnable schedules file (ITB_Small Work _Section VI_Returnable Schedules) and upload it in a separate section in PDF format or upload main returnable schedules file in PDF on each section?A9. Bidders are advised to upload each completed Schedule separately under the corresponding tab in the Document Checklist section

A vendor can either submit a valid Military Engineering Certificate or any other documentation which proves the bidder hold the a valid Military Security Clearance at the time of bid submissionQ8. New clarification added: Q6. On Bill-4 Electrical Tab- 4G1 -PUMP Motor Delivery Pipe Dia 50mm not available in market, is this have any alternate option. A6. If any such scenario occurs during implementation, the material substitution will be dealt in accordance with the contractual provisions.

New clarification added: Q5. In Civil 2E5 and 2E6 Solid wood leaf door shutter mention but no frame line item also no paint for door line item mention here, can you clarify this. A5. As per the BoQ specification & reference from the PWD rate schedule specification, the price should be inclusive of paint & door frame.

New clarification added: Q2.Debris Disposal: Has a designated dumping point or disposal site been specified for construction debris? If so, please provide the location or approx distance and any associated site protocols.A2: Debris generated from day-to-day activities will be temporarily stored at the site and periodically transported outside the Cantonment with prior approval from UNOPS. The distance from the BIPSOT Mp check post, Rajendrapur, to the site is approximately 800 meters.Q3.Material Substitution: In the event of market unavailability, will the use of cPVC be permitted as an alternative to PPR for items 3B.2–3B.7 and 3B.10–3B.17?A3: If any such scenario occurs during implementation, the material substitution will be dealt in accordance with the contractual provisions.Q4: In item 2E4, the unit should be sqm instead of meters. Please clarify.A4: As per the PWD Schedule of Rates, the specific item 2E4 single leaf metal door frame clearly specifies the unit as meter. Therefore, we request that the unit be used as stated in the schedule.
