Description

The main goal under this Call for Proposals is to provide specialized training to at least 200 young individuals, aimed at enhancing their employment and self-employment opportunities. Tailored training courses will focus on outsourced services identified as market relevant through a separate study (Annex 1.1), and distance work, to create new job opportunities for skilled youth.

Detailed objective and related outputs and deliverables are provided in the Terms of Reference – Annex 1

Final Beneficiaries and zones: the initiative is expected to be implemented countrywide focusing on enhancing the capacity of 200 youth between 19 and 30 years old, either studying in universities or completing their bachelor’s degree, unemployed, NEET category and with a clear interest in learning skills demanded in outsourcing work. It is expected to organize a two-month training course in Khatlon, GBAO, Sughd, and Dushanbe of Republic of Tajikistan.

Applicants shall submit separate technical and financial proposals. The Technical Component of the proposal shall follow the format indicated in Annex 4.
