NATIONAL EVALUATION CONSULTANT FOR THE TERMINAL EVALUATION

Description of the Assignment:  The Consultant will co-develop a set of Evaluation Questions covering each of these criteria and submit an evaluation matrix as part of the Inception Report and shall include it as an Annex to the final report.

Period of assignment/services: 110 PERSON-DAYS (April to September 2026)
