Renovation of Pediatric and Private Wards at Tungaru Central Hospital, Kiribati

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  refurbishment of the Pediatric and Private Wards of Tungaru Central Hospital to create safer, more climate‑resilient, and environmentally sustainable healthcare spaces for the people of Kiribati.

The contractor will assist the GEF Project Management Team in implementing the following activities:

1. Discussion with WHO country office and the MHMS team to confirm all requirements and timings.
2. Prepare and submit a detailed work plan on the work to be carried out.
3. Provision of all the required items for repairs and work undertaken to a high standard.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and national legislation. E.g., Building Act, issuance of cyclone-proof certificates, etc.
