Dear Bidders,

We would like to inform you that the submission deadline for the subject tender Reference Number; SRFP/CAI/001/2026 has been officially extended.

 

The new submission due date is Tuesday 10 March 2026, 23:59 PM Cairo Time.

 

Important Note:

The tender is amended in order to include the option for the bidder to bid through the UNHCR common mailbox arecasup@unhcr.org.

 

We would appreciate receiving your technical and financial offers on or before 10/03/2026 – 23:59:00 hrs., Cairo local time either by uploading the documentation  to cloud ERP tool, or by email ONLY TO  arecasup@unhcr.org.   including any other emails on the email may result in disqualification of your offer and marked INVALID.

 

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 20 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:

-             SRFP Reference: SRFP/CAI/001/2026

-             Name of your firm

-             Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)
