Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the guidance of the National Programme Officer (BWB), the consultant will conduct the advisory visits of maternity protection, incorporate participant feedback and adjusting as needed to ensure effective outputs, outcomes, and long-term impact. Conduct in- person /virtual maternity protection advisory visits in Ready-Made Garment (RMG) factories across Bangladesh. Develop and adapt training and communication materials to support learning objectives. Collaborate with factory management on data collection and maintain follow-up communication with focal person to see the improvement.
