The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of the UNEP/Mediterranean Action Plan (MAP) in Athens, Greece, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from legally established companies in Greece or with representation in Greece for the provision of cleaning services at its 900 m² office accommodating 35 staff. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • General cleaning of offices, conference rooms, corridors, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. • Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, including floors, furniture, walls, glass, and fixtures. • Disinfection of offices, equipment, and high-touch surfaces. • Collection, separation, and disposal of waste according to recycling standards. • Supply, replenishment, and maintenance of hygiene consumables, PPE, and cleaning equipment. • Occasional overtime or early-morning services for meetings and events, as requested. The contractor will be responsible for planning, programming, and continuously executing cleaning services in accordance with accepted standards. The contract may be awarded initially for three years, renewable up to a maximum of five years. IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. UNON will examine the EOIs to shortlist potential companies to invite in the consecutive bidding process. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this Request for EOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.The purpose of this REOI is to identify suitable firms who may be invited for the bidding exercise after the REOI is closed.
